Never get tired of seeking God no matter what. God is always there finding ways and uses so many things in the world as instruments of His love to reach and to communicate to us. There are many things and it’s really difficult to know them all but he can communicate through anything, individuals like you and I, and it could be through art and music. Yes, for me I feel His message and power most of the time through music. The other night I got the opportunity to watch Paul Tate & Friends in my church. What a great evening of God’s love through His anointed ones, through Paul Tate & Friends. God’s word and love truly was felt, touching the audience in a special way and truly the river of living water I felt were flowing through these devoted Christians.
One bright and sunny morning I was driving to Cape Canaveral for work and God touched me again in a different way, I was on I-4 in the Orlando area, was a little down thinking of my career path and how the recession has taken a toll on me. All of a sudden I look up in the sky and saw a small plane, an acrobatic plane, and the minute I saw it I felt that there’s something about this plane and I needed to stay focused on it as It was flying perpendicular from the direction I was heading. As I was glued on to it watching, it started to write something up in a beautiful deep blue sky. The first letter was a Y; then made a loop and created an O, then a U. It paused for a minute then it created a +, then a G, then O, then a D, then paused again for a minute. When it came back around it made an =, then made a big circle, then made a pass in the upper part of the circle going across it creating two eyes, then its last pass it flew in the circle once more making a loop and created a mouth with a smile…it just created a smiley face out of that circle. So, this is what it says after it was done writing as I was passing it: YOU + GOD = Smile. It truly puts a smile on my face and feelings of reassurance in my heart, lifting my Spirit knowing that the message was for me and it truly changed my day making it a great one! What a perfect timing for upon the completion of the message in the sky, I only had enough time to read it then I passed it. I tried to take another look at it through the passenger side windows but can no longer see it for it was above me as I drive. When I got far enough to it about several miles, I tried to look in my rearview mirror but the letters were no longer in tacked. Praise be to God for He is good! His timing is always perfect. I could have been five minutes late passing that area and I would have missed it. It was really meant for me! Reminded me once again that I have been born anew and that those things that I long for, worldly things should not be my main focus making it the center of my life, instead, having the cross and Jesus the center of it all. When He is our main focus, all things are possible for He gives us hope. We can even acquire all those things in the world we long for if we ask, but only through God’s grace and love for us. If He thinks that what we ask could only harm us or get us in trouble, He may not grant it. We must be obedient to His call and His works and all will be given on to you in His time. You have been born anew, not from perishable but from imperishable seed, through the living and abiding word of God, for: All flesh is like grass, and all its glory like the flower of the field; the grass withers, and the flower wilts; but the word of the Lord remains forever.
