The Glory of God

How amazing are the things we see in our world? Sometimes we spend too much time working, worrying about our problems or just staying busy that we fail to stop and look at the incredible world in which we live. The framework for our incredible world was set in motion a very long time ago, but the beauty and incredible architecture are still bearing fruit to us today.

God's Greatest Gift

Sacred scripture, inspired by God, has been handed down for thousands of years and continues to have a great impact on us and the world we live in. It is truly amazing that text two thousand or more years old can still be so relevant to the world we live in today. The greatest gift bestowed upon man by God, was providing the guidance to do His will - the Word.

Sharing the Gift and the Glory

God's Creation and Word is bringing together a small part of God's Word, using scripture, and God's Glory, using images of the world we live in today. The inspiration for each piece, a reflection or other such description will be provided herein in the hope that the sharing will continue to inspire others.

God Creates Miracles

Weekly Reflections - May 2009

Jesus performed so many miracles while on earth but one of those miracles that sticks with me, aside from Jesus bringing the dead back to life and healing the lame and the blinds, was the feeding of five thousand with five loaves and two fish. For me it’s one of the greatest miracles performed before the very eyes of many, and as a true believer of God’s power and grace, my family and I are experiencing the same miracle in multiplication of resources during this trying time, God working through our families and our Christian communities, and only through faith in God, prayers, and His grace this can happen. Thanks be to God!

The crowds followed. He received them and spoke to them about the kingdom of God, and He healed those who needed to be cured. As the day was drawing to a close, the twelve approached Him and said, “Dismiss the crowd so that they can go to the surrounding villages and farms and find lodging and provisions; for we are in a deserted place here.” Jesus said to them, “Give them some food yourselves.” They replied, “Five loaves and two fish are all we have, unless we ourselves go and buy food for all these people.” Now the men there numbered about five thousand. Then He said to his disciples, “Have them sit down in groups of (about) fifty.” They did so and made them all sit down. Then taking the five loaves and the two fish, and looking up to heaven, He said the blessing over them, broke them, and gave them to the disciples to set before the crowd. They all ate and were satisfied. And when the leftover fragments were picked up, they filled twelve wicker baskets.

Five Loaves & Two Fish

Have you ever doubt His goodness? Believe that He is there behind the scene watching, protecting, and guiding you and will always provide for all your needs. Have a thankful heart always in all situations for you have more than others do. If you are reading this with a roof above your head and you have food in the refrigerator then be thankful for you are blessed! Many have no shelters and no food to eat, know that you’re able to read this because you have education. Don’t complain if you have to park a little far when you go to the grocery stores, just be thankful that you can walk! What do we got to complain about? Take pride on the set of skills He’s given you and don’t be disappointed, they are in your possession for a good purpose to make you prosper…BELIEVE!

God is good and will always provide for He is a loving God who wants the very BEST for us. Lend a hand in your communities as ambassador of God, not asking anything in return and never get tired, you will get your reward. Place God in the center of your life trusting and offering all your burdens and success in life to Him, giving all the glory, praise, honor, and thanksgiving to Him and He will unfold before your very eyes the life that only God can give.

General Message from Artist

I felt that God spoke to me in my heart. He says, “My creation is no less than perfect if everyone will learn how to see and appreciate it, your guide is in the book of life.” I must be obedient to this message. Ever since, I’ve been moved to truly see and appreciate His wonderful creation and words which truly give me peace. It’s not like I didn’t know how to compose properly when I shoot pictures nor didn’t know how to organize and gather the proper elements when creating an image. I just have a true conviction and the passion using my God given gift to capture the beauty of His love and creation in our natural environment.

We all are given a special gift, planted in each of us when He created us. Each are special and was meant to be used for His glory and to build His kingdom. Analyze your strength and find that special gift within you. Develop it and use it for the glory of God and you will be rewarded.

Appreciate the sunshine, all that surrounds you, the beautiful environment that God has given us which meant to give us comfort if we learn to appreciate it. All material possessions can all be gone tomorrow but the trees, the sunshine, and the free air we breathe, our loved one, all came from God will always be with us. Focus on loving God and family and do your very BEST with the given talent and undertaking His given you and He will do the rest!
